The egg warehouse cooling project is an egg warehouse under Hainan Haiken Group. It is located in the hot Hainan area with a total area of ​​1,600 square meters. The egg warehouse not only has high requirements for the temperature of the warehouse, but also has certain humidity requirements for the environment to prevent the eggs from being too dry or wet, so as to keep the eggs fresh and intact in appearance. Because the egg warehouse requires not only a few hours of cooling, but also 24 hours of constant temperature cooling, and there is a lot of dust inside the warehouse, coupled with the climate of Hainan, the selection of cooling equipment and cooling solutions must be more rigorous.

The egg warehouse is mainly used to store eggs, so the height of the air conditioner installation is also very particular. For example, like traditional air conditioners, it is placed flat on the ground. If the goods are stacked too high, the air conditioner will be blocked from blowing out cold air, which is equivalent to the cold air being blocked by the goods. It is impossible to quickly cover the entire warehouse, which will also cause uneven temperature in the entire warehouse.

XIKOO engineering manager team visited the site for site survey and technical demonstration, combined with Hainan’s special climate, warehouse size and height, and egg preservation requirements, and after careful calculation, they finally designed 13 Xingke evaporative cooling energy-saving air conditioners, also known as industrial energy-saving air conditioners, model SYL-ZL-25 axial flow vertical cabinets.

Each SYL-ZL-25 axial flow vertical cabinet energy saving air conditioner is designed to be placed 2 meters above the ground, so that the air outlet of the water cooled air conditioner will not be blocked by the goods, which can quickly reduce the temperature of the entire warehouse. The axial flow vertical cabinet is also convenient for later maintenance, reducing maintenance costs and reducing the risk factor. The 13 SYL-ZL-25 axial flow vertical cabinets of evaporative cooling energy-saving air conditioners are running at the same time, which can control the temperature in the warehouse to a constant temperature below 25 degrees, and the humidity in the warehouse is also controlled below 70% of the total air humidity, which meets the temperature and humidity requirements for storing eggs.

Under the condition of constant temperature and humidity, the entire warehouse only needs about 65 degrees of electricity per hour to cool down. Compared with traditional air conditioners, it saves 5/6 energy and electricity. It not only achieves a very good warehouse cooling effect, but also reduces the cost of warehouse cooling for the company, reduces operating electricity consumption, etc. The company is very satisfied with the results presented in the final acceptance.
