Indoor installation method of evaporative air cooler

※ The indoor air supply duct must be matched with the model of the evaporative air cooler, and the appropriate air supply duct should be designed according to the actual installation environment and the number of air outlets.

※ General requirements for air supply duct design:

(1) The installation of the air outlet should achieve uniform air supply throughout the space.

(2) The air duct should be designed to achieve the minimum wind resistance and noise.

(3) The directional air supply of the work post should be installed according to the actual requirements.

(4) The radius of the radian of the pipe bend is generally not less than twice the diameter of the pipe.

(5) Pipe branches should be minimized, and branches should be effectively distributed.

(6) The design of the air duct should be as short as possible, and it is best to use straight air supply to avoid excessive bending.

outdoor installation

※ Evaporative air cooler should be installed outdoors and run with fresh air, not return air! If conditions permit, it should be installed in a well-ventilated place as much as possible. The cold air delivery position is preferably in the middle of the building, and the installation pipeline should be shortened as much as possible.

※ The installation environment must have an unobstructed supply of fresh air. Do not allow the air conditioner to supply air in a closed area. If there are not enough open doors or windows, blinds should be installed. Its exhaust volume is 80% of that of an evaporative air cooler of air supply.

※ The bracket of the evaporative air cooler shall be welded with steel structure, and it shall be ensured that its structure can support the weight of the whole body and maintenance personnel.

※ When installing, pay attention to sealing and waterproofing the pipes between indoor and outdoor to avoid rainwater leakage.

※ The power supply should be equipped with an air switch, and the power is directly supplied to the outdoor host.
