1. 2. Preparations: The engineering personnel must prepare the elbows, iron platform, canvas, flange, tuyere, silencer cotton, air supply pipes and required accessories and installation tools needed in the process of installing Industry air cooler.

3. Fixing the platform: fix both sides of the iron frame made in advance with ropes, and then gradually lower it along the wall. 5. Fixing the elbow: first remove the glass or open a hole in the wall, and then fix the elbow with a rope. The people on the platform pull up the rope, and the people below are careful to carry it. Place the elbow on the window frame and on the platform. People use screws to connect the flanges on both sides, and then the people below use self-tapping screws to firmly fix the elbow to the window frame, and then use the steel wire to fix the two back corners of the elbow on the platform, pay attention Single-sided glue should be used at the joint of the flange to avoid air leakage. The center of the contact between the elbow and the window frame should be covered with one-sided glue to avoid chattering. For the long service life, the elbow should be upturned by 5 cm before entering the room to prevent rainwater from leaking into the room, and glass glue should be applied around it.

6. Piping installation: the indoor air pipe hoisting interval should be well controlled. Ordinarily, the air pipe should be fixed with a screw rod of 1 meter every 3 meters. It is best to stop the connection of the air pipe with a flange. Pay attention to leaving the windshield, which is usually 1/2 of the opening.

7. Water and electricity installation: Each Industry air cooler must be equipped with a separate air switch, and a large air switch is installed independently from other power lines on the main power supply side. It is convenient for after-sales personnel to maintain and the water pipes are beautifully arranged.
