Zhong shan water purification equipment factory workshop cooling project, the water purification equipment factory has 2 workshops that need to be cooled. The total area of the factory building and workshop is 1350 square meters, and the workshop height is 4.5 meters.

The factory and workshop are brick-concrete structure. There are heating equipment in the workshop. And about 20 employees in each workshop. In the summer, the indoor temperature inside the factory is 35-38°C, sometimes can reach up to 39°C. It can be said that it is as fast as a sauna. , not to mention those employees who still need to work inside for 8 hours.

The person in charge of Zhong shan Water Purification Equipment Factory told Xikoo Engineering Manager that they need the power consumption for cooling the factory workshop is ≤40KW/H, and the temperature is controlled at 28℃±2℃.Considering the budget and the cooling problem of the factory and workshop, XIKOO engineering manager Mr.Yang gave plan to design 7 sets of model SYL-ZL-25 industrial water cooled energy-saving air conditioners (3 units + 4 units). Due to the large air supply range, The coverage area is far, up to 12-15 meters. When All industrial energy-saving air conditioners are turned on, and the overall power consumption is 7*4.6=32.2KW/h, which is less than expected demand.

 The final result of the cooling project in the water purification equipment workshop is that the outdoor air temperature in summer is 36 degrees, the overall indoor temperature can be controlled at 26-28 degrees, and the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner main unit is 15-18 degrees. The actual test showed that the final consumption The electricity is 30KW/H and the temperature is 28 degrees. After the final temperature is reached, the compressor stops working and enters power saving mode.

 The customer was very satisfied. Then the nearby packaging factory and printing factory owners  came to visit and learned about the investment and power consumption, they installed 5 sets and 12 sets of XIKOO industrial evaporative cooling power-saving air conditioners for their factory buildings.
