Evaporative air cooler (also known as evaporative air conditioner, Environment friendly air conditioner , water air conditioner) is an evaporative cooling and ventilation unit that integrates ventilation, cooling, air exchange, dust removal, odor removal, humidification, and increasing air oxygen content. It is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly industrial air-conditioning equipment without compressors, refrigerants and copper pipes. Its core components are water evaporation cooling pad (multi-layer corrugated fiber laminate) and motor (power consumption is only traditional central Air conditioner 1/8), which can save electricity and money for various industries. It uses the principle of water evaporation to take away the heat of the air to achieve cooling, which solves the problem of excessive emissions of traditional air conditioners “Freon”. It uses wet cooling pad as the core component of cooling. When water flows down evenly from the top of the cooling pad along the corrugated surface of the wet curtain, the cooling pad is evenly moistened from top to bottom. When the unsaturated outdoor hot air flows go through the surface of the wet paper, a large amount of damp heat in the air will be converted into latent heat, so that the outdoor fresh air entering the machine decreases from the dry bulb temperature to the wet bulb temperature increases. The humidity of the air turns the dry hot air into clean and cool air, which has the effect of cooling and humidifying. The temperature difference between indoor and outdoor can be quickly reduced by 5-12°C, and the cooling speed is fast and the air quality is good.
