1. The following inspections should be performed before the installation of the workshop cooling equipment. After the inspection is qualified and the relevant acceptance information is completed, the installation should be performed:
1) The surface of the air inlet should be flat, deviation <= 2mm, the difference between the diagonal of the rectangular air outlet <= 3mm, and the allowable deviation of the two diameter of the circular air outlet <= 2mm.
2) Each rotation part of the air outlet should be flexible, the leaves or panels should be straight, the inner distance of the blade should be uniform, the scatter’s expansion ring and the adjustment should be the same axis, the axial spacing is well -properly distributed, the leaves and other leaves should be complete. Civil defense should be complete. The direction of the closed valve is accurate to the shock wave, cannot be reversed, the blades are fully opened or fully closed, and the air volume cannot be regulated.
3) The production of various valves should be firm. The adjustment of the braking device should be accurate and flexible, reliable, and indicates that the valve opening direction should be enabled. The thickness of the fire valve shell should be greater than equal to 2mm.
4) The flexible short tube human anti -filtering system uses rubber type, and other three anti -fire canvas are selected. Each hanging, branches, and brackets should be flattened. The welds are full, and the arc of the hug should be uniform.

2. Preparation for air duct installation:
1) Before the installation, the air duct should deal with its dust removal to ensure that the surface and outside of the air duct should be tidy. The air duct should check its flatness and horizontal degree before installation. It can be installed after being approved by the supervision or Party A and filling in the relevant acceptance information.
2) Before the air duct is lifted, you must check the location, size, and elevation of the holes on the site structure, and wipe the inside and outside of the air duct to prevent the obstacles of the installation parts in the air -retention duct in the construction.
