The effect is particularly good after installed the industrial air cooler. while after using it for a period of time, you will find that its cooling effect is not good. In fact, there may be various reasons for it. As a result, the cooling pad sheet cannot be completely wet, and the water evaporation area is not enough, which affects the cooling effect of the air cooler, so what is going on! Evaporative air cooler cooling pads usually have three types of wave heights: 5mm, 7mm and 9mm, which are commonly referred to as 5090, 6090 and 7090 cooling pads in our industry. In fact, the cooling pad ripples are 60°×30° and 45°×45°. High-quality cooling pad are made of a new generation of polymer materials and space cross-linking technology, which have the advantages of high water absorption, high water resistance, mildew resistance, and long service life. Moreover, the total evaporation area is tens to hundreds of times larger than the surface, and the water evaporation efficiency is as high as 90%. It does not contain surfactants, absorbs water naturally, has fast diffusion speed and long-lasting effect. A drop of water can be completely evaporated in 4~5 seconds. The national standard document for evaporative refrigeration in the water evaporative air cooler  industry requires that the natural water absorption of the cooling pad needs to reach 60~70mm/5min or 200mm/1.5hour. If this technical parameter cannot be reached, the water evaporation efficiency of the air cooler cooling pad sheet will drop a lot.

When we encounter this kind of cooling pad blockage that causes the cooling effect of the air cooler  to be poor or continue to decline, the first thing we do is to clean and maintain the cooling pad, so that the dirty cooling pad can be restored to a clean state in time. The use environment is relatively clean. It is recommended to clean and maintain it twice a year. If the use environment is relatively easy to cause the cooling pad to be dirty, it is best to keep it cleaned once every 1-2 months. The frequency of cleaning can be determined according to the specific usage.
