ODM service

XIKOO can cooperate with big brand for mold design, development, mold injection processing, and complete evaporative air cooler production and accessories supporting services, mold sharing, accessories sharing, and standard sharing to provide ODM services to customers around the world.

Mold development capability

Our company can provide 3D drawings and mold structure drawings in 7 days base on the sample or design drawings from customer, completes mold production and trial the molds in 45 days, and deliver the mold for injections in 50 days.

Injection processing capacity

2 sets of 2,200 tons injection molding machines and 2 sets of 1,800 tons injection molding machines,we provide completed service from product development, design, mold opening, injection molding, and assembly.

Machine production capacity

XIKOO has automated production line and complete machine assembly workshop, more than 50 skilled assembly staffs , and an annual 50,000 sets of complete machines and SKD.

Quality Assurance

XIKOO has multiple testing machines, layers quality inspections, obtained 12 national patents, and passed national 3C, EU CE certification, and Middle East SASO qualifications, and the product quality is guaranteed.
