XIKOO received an inquiry of air cooling project for a garment workshop with 3500m2, the height is about 4m and there is some heat generating machines. After communicated with Mr.Wang the Person in charge and learned customer’s requirement, XIKOO gave the advice of 27units industrial air cooler XK-18S to cool part of the space, power 1.1kw, airflow 18000m3/h

Mounted the air cooler machine on the outside wall. Then bring cool and fresh air through galvanized duct to each position. The outer duct connect air cooler machine and inner duct to realize adjust the duct diameter, so to make the wind pressure higher and cool air delivery farther and evenly. We designed the outer duct diameter is 670*670mm and the inner duct diameter is 800*400mm. To ensure all the positions get cool air , we designed total about 410m length duct with different diameters and distributed 310 pieces small air outlets in the ducts. And the wind speed is 3.5m/s evenly at each position. All the ducts are hanged by thick steel wire 2.5m over the ground with Explosion-proof screw.
